SAFE SHOPPING
Once Candelabra has processed a transaction against a credit card
number, we do not store your number, even against your order. That's
why, when processing refunds; we need to contact you by phone in order
to obtain your card details again.

Candelabra takes our customers' privacy seriously and has taken the
appropriate measures to ensure with confidence that any information
given to us by our customers is protected. We recognise the sensitivity
of your personal information and will never share your details with any

DELIVERY
INFORMATION
Your parcel will
be delivered by either Australia's parcel post service or a Courier
during normal business hours. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed
for. If there is no one at the location at the time of delivery, a
delivery notification will be left and either the parcel can be
collected from your nearest post office or the courier can be called to
arrange a suitable deliver time.
Under no circumstances does Candelabra ever warrant that it will meet a
particular delivery date or time.
RETURNS POLICY
With particular respect to glass products that have arrived broken,
breakages must be advised within 24 hours of signature for the parcel.
Under no circumstances will refunds will be given for notification after
this period. Broken glasses must be returned to Candelabra for a
refund. Under these circumstances, Candelabra will refund return
delivery costs for those goods returned. See below for instructions on
how to return goods in the appropriate manner.
Candelabra will replace any undamaged item within 30 days of purchase as
long as the purchased is returned in its original condition including
its packaging. Delivery and handling charges on returns are not
refunded for incorrect choice, and are to be returned to the store at
the customer's cost and risk.

the store is unable to replace or exchange the goods returned. We can
process the refund by either re-imbursing your credit card or posting a
cheque.
