CURRENT DELIVERY CHARGES ARE $4.95 PER PARCEL AUSTRALIA WIDE.

Candelabra is committed to keeping delivery charges down to the minimum amount possible.

Delivery is made by registered mail via the Australia Post Eparcel system.

Estimated delivery times within Australia are currently approximately 3 to 10 working days subject to availability of stock.

Candelabra endeavours to maintain stock of all its product in warehouse but occasionally shortages will occur.

Your parcel will be delivered during normal business hours.  Upon delivery the goods must be signed for.

If there is no one at the location at the time of delivery and delivery is by Australia Post the parcel will be taken to your local post office for you to collect and a card will be left advising you of this.

INSURANCE

Candelabra currently offers a full insurance service for you parcel that covers lost, theft and damage while your parcel is on route. Insurance is a simple cost of $1.00 per $100 of value.

Candelabra does not currently do International orders.
